We tried to tour around most of Wales in two weeks. This is not enough time to see the sites and visit with all the people, but it was a good start. The country is beautiful and has many bicycle and hiking paths to follow. The following pages are roughly broken up into two themes with some miscellaneous pages of scenery and wildlife. These pages are still under construction, so forgive the mess.

These are some of the largest castle ruins that we have visited and some, like Ruddlin, could be an all day venture.

The prehistoric sites for the cairns, circles, and stone monoliths are mostly in the northwest corner of Wales. At the time we went, we didn't know this and did not get to spend much time with the older ruins.
